Making It Easier For Yourself
The best thing is that you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home. There is no need to have strangers come over and go through all of your food items. You simply take pictures of all your food items (wherever they are), send them to us, receive our report, and change your shopping accordingly. If all you have at home is healthy food, you are already so much closer to becoming your healthiest self.
How It Works
Share Your Pantry
After login into your private portal, you will be able to upload your pictures. When you log in with your mobile, you simply click upload, and you can start making pictures which will be saved in your portal.
You are welcome to provide us with photos of your pantry, fridge, freezer, and fruit bowl. And we are also open for a list in excel/word/pdf, receipt of your grocery shopping, weekly meal plans, etc.
The more information we have, the more accurate your pantry report.
Analyzing Your Pantry
Once we receive your photos, we will start analyzing your pantry. How we do this? We have an extensive database with hundreds of products, and we will gather those that are in your pantry.
From there we will make your personalized report, including:
- A summary
- Visual representation of the healthiness of your pantry
- Recommendation for missing items to provide a balanced pantry
- Guidance for healthy alternatives for the less healthy items in your pantry
Once the report is ready, we will upload it to your portal and send you an email to inform you.
There will be two documents waiting for you in your portal. The first is the main report with the summary and recommendations.
The second report is an appendix with a description of all the items including the nutrients you can find in them and their possible effects on your body and health.
Both reports are presented to you in PDF, which makes it easy for you to access and navigate.
Now it is time for you to take the next step and implement the changes that fit your lifestyle and become your healthiest self.
Remember not to strive for a 100% change at once, but rather focus on small steps at a time. A new habit forms when you repeat your actions.
Most importantly don’t beat yourself up when making a small side step. Enjoy the journey!!
